Princess paua stories are amazing. They help me and my sister sleep better!

My sister (10 years old) has trouble sleeping and so my parents have been giving her some sort of sleep medicine, but they’ve been out of town this week, so my sister hasn’t been able to take it!! My sister’s brain at night just keeps running and running, so she loses concentration really fast when trying to sleep. This sleep podcast has calmed her by directing her thoughts to the story at hand and you end up dreaming of fun adventures with the Disney princesses. I 100/10 recommend for youngers who LOVE Disney, but keep squirming and trying to keep from sleeping. Thank you for this wonderful alternative for my sister 😮‍💨😴😁🙏
