I love Marooned! The stories are always so interesting and Jack and Aaron do a great job of not just telling the story but also adding their own thoughts and opinions! I also enjoy the relationship Jack and Aaron have! They are fun and smart and they don’t take themselves too seriously. I hope they continue to record and share many more stories!

It’s so good to have some child-friendly Jack Luna to listen to! I’m a fan of all his pods, but this one I can play in front of my small children which is not the case with many of his other shows. Jack is the man!

As a fan of survivor stories this podcast is really enjoyable. You rarely know if the story ends in tragedy or victory but the hosts seem to guide you along the misfortunate journeys. It’s a great alternative to crime podcasts and most of these individuals deserve their stories to be told. In fact, you can learn some survival tips along the way!

Every episode is amazing. Interesting. Engaging.

I LOVE Marooned. It is one of the podcasts I can count on one hand, that I will excitedly listen to as immediately as I can, when a new episode pops up. Amazing chemistry between these two good friends, they give a dimension to their subject that is at times unexpected, and always deep. Can’t recommend enough!!!

Been a Luna Loon & Kent Krazy from day one. No one can tell an engrossing story like Jack. No one can insult like Kent! I usually listen late at nite, these stories are a nice break from being grossed out while trying to fall asleep. First story broke my heart,tho, I could picture myself lost & all the emotions she must have felt. Listening to #2 with a cup of #1😁😁Aaron is a perfect addition to the group. Another winner, guys.

Hey guys- I agree with some feedback I think someone else gave you before that it’s great to see some of your personality come out a little bit more in your banter along with the great stories. Didn’t think there were so many ways to get “marooned”- great stories, great hosts, and love seeing how you grow together!

Love the show and understand it’s a little niche. Are you familiar with the story of the “Lady Be Good”, a USA WWII Bomber that went down in the Libyan Desert. There were some to survive the crash…

These are stories you don’t hear on other podcasts. I enjoy the way they relate the tales.

I really love the information and story telling of these two. Helps me get through long shifts, that’s for sure.

This is first review I’ve bothered to write in a long time, even though I’ve held this opinion since the beginning of the podcast. When I heard on Jack’s Patreon that him and Aaron Habel were getting together to do this podcast I just knew it was going to be a gem! And it is! Very well researched and such interesting stories. I get excited for every new episode. If you’re looking for a sign to press play, just do it!

Situations are so unique and the story telling is fantastic, Jack & Aaron make you feel like you are in the jungle, stranded at sea or the desert along side the people in the story. Love these guys together, keep up the incredible work!

I will listen to anything Jack Luna does, but this is my favorite.

I love this show. It’s super interesting. Thanks guys for a great listen. Also, I’m almost 50 and I’m just at the age where I have to say things sometimes. Aaron and Jack, idk who gets on your cases for saying things like “no I would never climb Everest or never do this”, just ignore those people. That’s absurd to expect you to be a human with no opinions and truths. I mean it’s a right as a person to be able to say..yeah I know my limitations and I couldn’t do that. I know for me it’s a hard pass. I couldn’t do it. I’m just baffled that people openly judge y’all for speaking truths about yourselves. It’s so ridiculous lol. Anywho, Carry on fellas! You’re the best and I adore you ❤️❤️

I wasn’t sure if I’d like this at first but gave it a go since Jack Luna was a part of it. I absolutely love it! They give you just enough information and detail to make you connect with the people and situations in each episode but not so much that you tune out or feel like you’re lost in a maze of contextual information. Neither Jack or Aaron take themselves too seriously which is also refreshing. Thank you to Jack and Aaron for putting out something worth listening to.

Love this show. I listened to Generation Why and appreciate this shows thoughtful approach. Most of these are kind of simple stories but fresh as they aren’t specifically true crime. Thanks guys!

I’m very bad because I never review my favorite podcasts I wasn’t even sure I knew how to. But I felt like I had to leave a review about the I really love to Delivery. I like the stories and I really hope that it continues for a long time one suggestion I would have for them is to look in some of the mountaineering disasters that happen. When people get stuck on mountain tops because some of those survival stories are so insane. Also I think they like the story to have a happy ending, but it wouldn’t be a possibility to cover some people who we know were marooned, but didn’t make it. Thanks you two!!

In a turn away from the true crime these gentlemen are known for, they've created a show that's unique in its content and highlights both their talents as storytellers.

Straightforward. Good production. Good stories. Quality podcast.

I need more! Almost done listening to all of the episodes that are already out

I admit it took me a couple of eps to really warm up to “Marooned,” because of the hosts’ very low-key narration. But I’ve really come to enjoy that laid-back approach. The stories feel unscripted, as if the guys are just telling their friends a tale at a backyard barbecue. They have also covered several stories I haven’t heard on the other true-crime/history pods I usually listen to—perhaps because many of the stories on “Marooned” are not actually crime-based. The people involved often become lost through accidents, bad weather, their own mistakes, etc. The episode I just listened to, about two Australian gold miners trapped by an earthquake/cave-in, was really well-done, and I had never heard of the incident before. I’ve become a regular listener and have started going through the back catalog of episodes to hear more stories of the catastrophically lost. I recommend “Marooned” to anyone intrigued like I was by the name and the illustration. It’s worth your time and worth a listen!

Truly an interesting and well researched podcast. Aaron & Jack have a wonderful rapport which makes their episodes engaging and informative. I’ve binged listened for hours! Enjoy!

I look forward to each episode & have been an avid listener since day one! Fascinating true stories, thoroughly researched & nicely told, with empathy, & some surprisingly pithy observations. I’m never bored! Aaron & Jack hold my interest; & each of these adventure stories, some with a rescue borne of amazing resilience & some which are true tales of lost hopes, fading horizons in the mists of time… they remind me of books I used to read, way back when it seemed I had an endless amount of time for my own fearlessness. Now I prefer to simply imagine …while remaining safely here. Of course a plane could always crash down upon my house, or a missile - one never knows, does one? So the fact that I get to hear so many different stories, & can use my imagination, thanks to Aaron & Jack, is what makes this podcast so special. I absolutely love the intriguing scientific knowledge they bring - to spaceflight especially- the details are riveting; they truly are riveting in every episode! No detail is too minuscule for me. If they want to do longer episodes, & more episodes, I’m up for that as well! Also, the artwork for the ‘album cover’ of Marooned is superb. I very much appreciate that they both put in so much effort, and I get the sense that it’s genuine. … I’m glad they didn’t name it “Hunker Down” lol. I have a quirky sense of humour - so please don’t let me alienate anyone from listening to this truly immersive, unique podcast, which I highly recommend.
