    Madeira
Hi Kraig! I love the episode on Madeira. To the point where I’m considering doing a thru-hike next year . Do you have a route for a thru-hike of the entire island or is it more a spring of the hikes together? I was having a hard time finding anything on the Internet about backpacking the entire island in one stretch. Thanks and keep up the wonderful work!

    Thanks for the podcasts!
Really enjoy the podcasts and behind the scenes info. I listened to a few back to back and it was interesting to hear some of the tone changes. When listening to the lead up to the madeira trip you seemed artistically excited and motivated. It was sad to hear your disappointment in the analytics of the video and you being so hard on yourself after the trip and the video went out. I’m not a YouTuber so I don’t know, but I imagine the struggle between expressing yourself and the art while you are staring at a literal view count is tough. Can you feel accomplished with a video that achieves in expressing what you want to get across that doesn’t perform well? Are you accomplished with a video that gets a lot of views that you weren’t that excited to make? Is there some middle ground? Or maybe a mix of both is enough. Just some random thoughts after listening, and self-doubt is something that I think we all have. Thanks and hope you keep them coming.

    Honest & Relatable
Kraig has a chill approach in his content that I truly appreciate. He is open and honest about his experiences in life/work and is often relatable. I enjoy hearing about his adventures and life experiments, giving me viewpoints I may never experience but can learn from. Kraig if you are reading this, thank you! And keep doing what brings you joy (like using iPhone instead of a camera)!
