I personally find attachment trauma & cluster B incredibly interesting & I have a deep desire to understand that experience through the lense of the person who’s experiencing it. I am so thankful for this podcast - I am on my fourth listen of all episodes. I have carried so much confusion about my internal and external experiences. This sound, clear, insightful information brings so much order to the disorder. We need this. We all need this. I want to find ways to share this with everyone who - like me - is seeking answers on TikTok. The love and pain and insight there is helpful but it is also destructive and confusion making.
