abbyeliz2Such a helpful, easy-to-digest resource!Every episode is so straight to the point, with good humor and lots of encouragement for parents. It’s been very helpful on my journey with a newborn, and I also listen to the episodes about older kiddos so I know what’s to come!

marieffffff$70 for Newborn sleep guide ?I’ve been listening to Erin’s podcast for a bit. At first it seems like a lot of info bc different rules apply to different ages but I’ve been taking notes to make order of it. I also really appreciate how she gets in to the topics pretty quickly instead of talking. about her personal life (many podcasts do not). Out of curiosity went over to her website to check out her sleep guide PDF….$70 for the newborn guide ! I think that’s nuts. On another note, she had a guest, Jenny Best, who used the bizarre term “chest” feeding. There is no such thing as “chest” feeding. Only women with breasts can feed their baby. Can we stop trying to erase women in the name of “InClUSIvItY?”

StrolliesAdvertising trapIt’s basically one big ad for her business.

KDavies0290Thankful!The information I have gleaned from these podcasts has been so incredibly helpful in creating a routine and sleep training my triplets. Erin even messaged me back on Instagram to answer one of my questions. Very very thankful for all of the insight!

KcabanneLove Happy Sleep CompanyErin is amazing and saved us from sleepless nights with our first daughter. Thank you for your nonjudgmental insights. Love the science behind what works for baby at different ages. This podcast helps give a great overview about sleep coaching and the principles behind it. I also enjoy the interviews with other baby/toddler experts.

shaunamarlinSo helpful!Just finished listening to a few topics that was areas I needed help in. We were blessed with a good sleeper but he is getting older and his sleep is starting to change. This is helping us transition, so that mom is not clueless and baby isn’t frustrated.
