I can honestly say anytime I need words of encouragement or just positive thoughts this podcast is my go too every time. I listen to a different episode everyday sometimes a couple episodes a day and everyone speak directly to my situation it’s kind of scary but it’s exactly what I need to hear. This feels like going to church but preacher talks about real life girl problems without the guilt and pressure and dogma that comes with… most religions. Ciicii just has a vibe that conveys support while calling me out on unhelpful thoughts and actions. Love her. As the title of the podcast implies, I always feel more positive & cheerful, gain a clearer mindset, & have a more joyful attitude with listening CiCi! She is very intelligent and enthusiastic, which makes listening & taking in self-help insights a lot more fun & enjoyable. I battle with awful depressive episodes, & I can get to where I feel without hope. So, listening to this podcast, makes the information a lot more digestible & meaningful, especially when compared to most of the other methods of mindfulness I must practice to keep level-headed, because CiCi is so positive & fun, & not just that, I give her a lot of credit for her thoughtfulness around the organization of her materials because to me, I don’t find myself zoning out because the Podcaster is just rambling. Instead, I very often feel like almost every sentence CiCi says I have an “aha moment” because of how I feel like her material resonates, and is meaningful to me to the point where I take notes :) Thank you for all that you do! I came across this podcast and creator on instagram and literally- in divine timing. My life is.. falling apart! But the prayers I prayed.. I guess could only come by rebirth! I need a new mindset! I needed to know that NEW IS POSSIBLE and listening to CiCi DAILY instead of music while driving or cleaning has become essential on my healing journey. I am in a season of isolation from betrayal and I have NO FRIENDS and no one who has ever really had like minded beliefs or ideas and I’ve always been made to feel bad for being different. These people sought to destroy my light and I let someone’s jealousy and not being strong enough to let go of people who have been in my life for yrs- succeed. I am now doing the hard work to heal and discover who I am NOW. Gods light WILL SHINE IN ME AGAIN! CiCi, I love your podcast, heart, and energy and I am so grateful for all your insights and support as I’m working through the trenches to become all I know HE’s called me to be. 🩷

I’ve been listening to this podcast since the beginning of the year and I have to say that the beautiful way that CiiCii communicates complex ideas and theories in an accessible and understandable way has truly been eye opening. The concepts detailed here are never elusive but always grounded and from a space of love, compassion and also, some humor. I appreciate the science, history, anecdotes, AND pop culture references that she draws from to highlight truth, belief, faith, and everything in between. I truly think CiiCii has a unique gift coupled with a strong skill set and this podcast demonstrates all of that ❤️

I’m glad I found this podcast! I’ve been in a situationship for a few months and this podcast has really helped with dealing with all the mixed signals and taking my power back. I’ve listened to other podcasts but no other really have the vibe and energy I needed that Ciicii has. At one point, I was really heartbroken and feeling so much pain and the first thought in my head was “where are my AirPods! I need Ciicii right now!” My only issue is she tends to take kinda long pauses between talking sometimes. I listen with my AirPods and sometimes leave my phone while I do stuff and the long pauses often makes me wonder if the podcast ended or someone (especially the situationship dude) is calling. So that’s the only issue. And she tends to tap on her microphone kinda loud. Kinda hurts my ear sometimes. Other than that, I can’t go a day without listening and look forward to every time she uploads. I’ve also recommended this podcast to my friend. And the episodes are always spot on. I’ve actually used some of her techniques and they always work so thank you so much!
