    One of the best free resources out there!
    Holley’s podcast is one of the best free resources you can find for high-quality information on topics like nutrition and various related topics depending on the guest she has. She presents information in an accessible way that is also thorough, but she does it in a way that makes easy to follow what would be intimidating information to most non-medical personnel if it were in a textbook. She’s easy to listen to and, in my opinion, a master of weaving together personal anecdotes with high-level scientific information in a way that makes it easy to apply what she is presenting in very useful ways into your own life. I simply cannot recommend this podcast enough to all audiences.

    I recently stumbled upon Holley’s podcast and let me just say that I’m so grateful for her! She has so much knowledge in her field(s). I appreciate her transparency and unbiased opinions on various topics. I enjoy her series on supplements. Although I’m not a long distance runner, I still learn a lot from her. Thank you :)

    I’ve been following Holley on Instagram for over a year now and I absolutely love the info that she shares there. It is no surprise that Holley’s podcast is also full of reliable info for the endurance athlete. There are no quick answers or fixes here-it’s all well researched, thoughtful and sensible advice that I turn to when I’m wading through a sea of nutrition information and want succinct data on a particular topic. Thank you for your podcast, Holley!

    A must-listen for all runners
    I’ve learned so much since I started listening to Holley’s podcast a year ago and it has without a doubt made me a better runner. There’s a lot of running “influencers” out there that proclaim to be subject matter experts but Holley truly is an expert with the degrees, certifications and research to back it up. She’s also been very responsive and helpful the few times I’ve reached out to her directly. I highly recommend this podcast for runners of all levels.

    This podcast is an amazing resource. I have been a runner on and off throughout my life, but this has transformed how I think about running. As someone who has had issues with disordered eating in the past, I really appreciate her considerate perspective on this issue. With the help of this podcast, I’ve felt so empowered to advocate for my own health, and I have found I am capable of running the longest distance I have ever run in my life - and feel great doing it! It’s amazing what our bodies are capable of when fueled and cared for properly. Thank you Holley for all of these insights. I cannot recommend this podcast highly enough!

    I love this podcast. It’s super helpful for understanding how your body adapts to fuel and fitness. Holley outlines lots of what she has learned in her field with overall training and nutrition. She also includes her own stories and examples, which is fun! Awesome job!

    Holley’s latest episode on reviewing fuel is a testament to her as an unbiased, knowledgeable resource. I know I can trust her insight as coming from her education and experience and not just what company sponsors her. On a personal note she helped me accept that you truly need to fuel amply for marathons and learning from her fueling strategy brought me a PR and comfortable race in Boston.

    I had been looking for an evidence-based nutrition podcast that also provides practical info specifically for runners, and I have found it! Holley gives excellent info but also combines lots of practical tips and tools that we all can use, and she delivers it in a very clear and digestible (pun intended) way ;) Thank you, Holley!

    I love this podcast! Holley gives fantastic advice and you can tell it’s authentic and true to her personal journey. I love hearing about her race recaps too! When I listened to her Boston recap on one of my long runs, I actually teared up when she said she PRd. She’s inspired me so much!

    Holley’s podcasts are terrific — engaging, funny, informative, and a little bit addictive. I like to stack a few together on my long runs; before I know it, the run is done and I’ve learned something new about sports nutrition, strength training, or marathon running. Highly recommend to anyone looking to properly fuel their exercise or reframe their view of food as the cornerstone of their training.

    I am loving this micronutrient series and all other episodes I’ve had the chance to listen to. As a runner, group fitness coach and trainer I need all the knowledge I can get about how to keep my body fueled and moving. The information from these podcasts has been life changing for me and how I view nutrition and how I fuel my body. I am now planning to revisit meditation thanks to the amazing information and guest on the most recent podcast.

    Even as an experienced marathoner and half marathoner, this podcast is a wealth of information, assurances and reminders, and even new knowledge that had somehow passed me by. The focus on proper nutrition, understanding of runners' mentality and goals, as well as her easy expression of these details make this a productive and enjoyable half-hour or so, often before I am readying to get out the door in the morning.     Love this podcast - great info and wonderful guests! Holley’s microphone is often too soft, though, and I can’t hear her (or I turn it up so loud that then the guest is screaming!). Keep up the awesome content - maybe see if there is something to do about the mic?
