5 minute lessons and easy to follow along and listen to. It’s organized and she has the website that has all the transcripts,downloadable exercises and so many resources! No need for Duolingo or other language apps that only get you so far and no progress is made.

This is wonderful! I took 3 years of French in high school but that was so many years ago. When you have no one to speak French with you, you forget a lot! It was a great review for me. Thank you!

Having tried and failed with apps like Duolingo and Rosetta Stone, I finally feel like I’m learning French. Mathilde’s teaching techniques that combine audio lessons with workbook style written lessons makes me feel like I’m in a real language class.

I really enjoy this podcast. I find it to be a great addition to the other things that I am doing to try to learn French on my own. She explains things as a live teacher would do. Other apps seem to want you to memorize instead of actually teaching you how and why. I listen in the car a lot.

I have been learning French off and on for a couple of years. Rosetta Stone, duolingo, various podcasts, etc.. . I’m always on the move and good audio lessons are very sparse. This podcast is extremely effective! The way every phrase or word is broken down and explained is incredibly helpful. Great for review and learning new! The teaching method is outstanding and very clear. I love the ability to learn effectively throughout my day without looking at a computer or phone. This podcast series is the best I’ve found.

Excellent value provided for a free podcast. Written materials and quizzes are very helpful. Truly paced for those starting from scratch, which is not the case with some other “ beginner” podcasts. Additional intensive programs are available for purchase as needed. Native speaker a plus!

One episode of French Made Easy by Mathilde’s is what I look forward to everyday!

She speaks in child like tone, way too much english with poor pronunciations. Teaching very old fashioned way (let’s learn 10 fruits..), might be ok for children but for adults it’s difficult to hear a grown woman speak in that tone and lessons are too slow and useless. May be appropriate for children or seniors.

I need a program like this in the other languages that I am learning. It’s a native speaker with an authentic accent, offering short useful lessons. Bravo!

I haven’t been listening for very long but already this is better than any app that I have used and payed for. She examples the grammar and helps you with pronunciation. Also the worksheets for every lesson which by the way is free and amazing . Very happy I found this podcast!!!!! Très bien!!!!!

Believe it or not, my French from high school is coming back, albeit slowly! Well, considering that was 30 some years ago! I really hope this helps! I’m only on episode three (or as the French say trois- see I’m learning!) but here I go! Wish me luck! Bon chance!

Great supplement guide to my French learning guide

Good short lessons to help you review your French. Starts very simple and progresses with your learning. Easy enough to do while having coffee or in the car. Highly recommend!

I've been learning French through Duolingo for a few months, but needed a bit more instruction on grammar and pronunciation. These bite-sized lessons are just what I need to get me motivated to learn more! Mathilde has a very soothing pleasant voice too! Can't wait to try my skills out when we visit Paris. J’adore la podcast de Mathilde ! Ils sont le parfait longueur et facile à suivre. Ive been using Duolingo and Busuu for over a year now, and i just started using podcasts to help out. It’s so nice to have the podcast to be able to listen to the French pronunciation and flow of speaking. I can understand a lot of the basics of the language when reading, but when it comes to listening, it’s difficult because when it’s spoken naturally, it’s so fast, and the words run together and start to sound similar, so using a podcast like Mathilde’s is so helpful!

I just adore the thought of learning a new language. I’m French and I decided to learn the French lingo!! I was looking for a new way (other than Duolingo) to learn French. I looked at a podcast called Parlés Away, but it wasn’t’ up to my level. Don’t get me wrong, I love the podcast!!! So anyway, I was searching for a new podcast and I stumbled across this one and I absolutely 💯 give kootos to this podcast! So thanks for blessings me with this podcast!!!

I’m learning French and stumbled upon this Podcast from google. Cant wait to dive in, it has already helped me with conjugation!

Matilde does a great job with bite size French lessons that are easy to understand and not overwhelming.

Her voice is calm and nice to listen to. Not in a creepy old man way, but in a “I can go on a walk and listen while not wanting to claw my ears out” way.

Like others, I had gone through several podcasts before learning about this. Best one and I actually enjoy this!

Great French language learning podcast with even better printouts to help review and study.

I went through about 10 podcasts before I found the French Made Easy podcast. Her lessons are perfect. She gives you the word in French, and then she provides the English translation. She also provides transcripts and exercises with the lessons, so you can see the spelling for the words and practice further. I am extremely thankful. I hope to be able to contribute to people’s lives the way she has positively impacted mine.

These really are perfect for any busy person trying to pick up French. I like how the podcasts are organized, and having a simple visual to go with each lesson helps a lot. Thank you for putting this together!

Mathidle has a very nice voice and makes it easy to learn.

Mathilde’s teaching is helpful for perfecting pronunciation and grammar. She offers lessons in brief segments along with cheat sheets to help guide the learner. I especially like her examples that bring my rusty French from high school into the 21st century. Bien joué, Mathilde!!

I took French for four years in high school and like to continue practicing. I would not say that I am conversational or anything. A lot of podcasts are either too high-level for me or too low. This podcast is PERFECT for me! I love how the episodes are short as well! It makes me feel like I’m accomplishing a lot!

I just love this podcast!! French made easy provides easy to follow, quick to the point, and clear podcasts with a variety of words!! The words are all relevant and helpful and the extra little tidbits of information she gives goes above and beyond!! I definitely would recommend to anyone learning French!!!!

I am up to episode 29 and have become use to format. The voice podcast combined with the written cheat sheet is effective at learning vocabulary and grammatical rules. Repeating after her helps pronunciation but us still difficult. Mathilda has a special pronunciation session but is asking $247 for it, which seems high. So her process is overall very good. What it lacks is the practice of conversing with someone, so although my French vocabulary is growing I have zero confidence in having any conversation. I’m going to France in June so I will probably have trial by fire.

This podcast is really designed for beginners. I feel I am working with a private teacher. Mathilde is very responsive and answers back all of your questions patiently and clearly. Her pronunciation course is great and well worth the money. This podcast has become my only way for learning French.

I’ve listened to many different podcasts as I take on French studies..and no question, Mathilde’s podcast is by far the most useful and the best. Super-helpful, easy to retain, great cheat sheets and exercises. Highly recommended to anyone wanting the basics of this lovely language.

I am so happy to have stumbled upon this podcast! Mathilde is a native speaker, and a great teacher so I really feel I am learning to speak more naturally. She provides accompanying reading sheets you can refer to as you learn, for better understanding and retention. One thing I would like is a place to ask questions where she would reply, unless there already is something of the sort? Anyway, definitely check the podcasts out she is wonderful!

Good effort however her English accent clouds the lesson. For example, »sew » is pronounced « sue », etc.
