AkwdallasKnowledgeI am three episodes in. Joe G is my coach, but this podcast really helps fill in questions I didn’t know I had. It has increased my understanding of the whys I have of what I am doing. I appreciate that the Joe’s don’t talk over my head with too much technical speak, just enough to educate and inform. I love having them play while I am doing my workouts.

Mimzy15So glad I work with joeI started working with joe two months ago and have been getting amazing personalized workouts and feedback. Seriously, so happy to be doing it and I’m seeing big improvements in flexibility, physical appearance and performance on the golf course. I’m able to externally rotate my shoulders and hips and really fixing that early extension. Club head speed has gone up a good amount and that was after two protocols of super speed training. Podcast is fantastic as he touches on things I am continually curious about and am working on. It’s like he answers questions before I ask them.
