I am a flower farmer and master baker, not a florist, but listening to this podcast is just amazing. The info is incredible, she is honest, real and so funny. Some of the information most definitely is also helpful in my busy kitchen. Thank you for sharing so much with the world in such an honest matter.

I found her YouTube page, then quickly realized there was a podcast and the rest is history. I am so thankful that I found the Thrive Podcast. In February I downloaded lots of episodes for a 20+ hour drive and binge listened to Kathleen for most of the way. There is so much great information in theses podcasts that I couldn’t wait to be back in the studio and dig in. Kathleen is truly a gift to the floral design industry. I’m a one girl shop. Actually, not even a shop! I work from my home studio (aka kitchen) and run the flower business while homeschooling my son. And Kathleen has been a true gem for me! Love this podcast! Kathleen has great tips and advice for florist. She's so open and transparent about her business knowledge and experiences; she knows so much, all while being super down to earth. I opened a quirky but high end full service flower and gift shop just over 2 years ago... from scratch in a rehabbed 1930s filling station 🥴😳😬 20+ years in the business in all aspects will not fully prepare you for this ... not unless you’ve done this!!! I have many podcasts downloaded but Little Bird Bloom is one of only three I listen to consistently and the ONLY one I have binged on because I couldn’t get enough of it! She was very direct and informative regarding pricing, which is rare from someone in the know. Sometimes she will kick you in the butt to do what you know you should have been doing and other times you will kick yourself in the butt because what she teaches was so obvious that you wonder how you missed it. If you want to get good at the business side of floristry THIS is the podcast for you!
