Being a long time mariner, I question the legitimacy of the organization and podcast.

    Merry Maids
Hi, we just tuned into your mermaids episode (in Cornwall we call them merry maids), we really enjoyed it, thanks. I dived deep (I liked what you did there, in your introduction😉) into mermaids myself, a few years ago. I wrote a couple of books (The Spirit of Cornwall: A Haunted Legacy 1 and 2) a few years ago, and did a chapter on mermaids in one of them. Anyway, I enjoyed your podcast, and we will tune in again👍 5 stars! PS there's another good podcast that did an episode on mermaids, it's called The Cuckoo Town Podcast (Mark Anthony Wyatt)

    Great Resource
This podcast provides such a great resource for anyone that is interested in learning more about women working on the water. It’s a particularly great way to feel connected to a community, especially during times of isolation or being remote (whether from being on a boat or being in quarantine). I love hearing the stories of these brave and amazing women who are forging their paths in the industry!

    Challenging Norms & Educating Everyone!
Ally tackles the long overdue need to provide a place for women who work offshore to both learn about it as well as a podcast for everyone to gain perspective on the ongoing Evolution of how the oil & gas industry operates. Here’s to going forward and not going back to the way things were! Keep up the great work and another Gem by OGGN’s group of podcasts.

    Female Empowering
It’s terrible that we live in a world where females are still not equal to men, especially in the maritime industry, where the concept is even more archaic. However what is even worse is females bashing females, spreading rumors about other females, etc. I’m so happy this non profit organization exists because I see the change this company is making with uniting people, both male and female, old and young, throughout the maritime industry. Love the podcast. Each episode great and informative. Please keep up the amazing work.

    Great first episode
I found this episode extremely useful and informative. Sheila’s vast recruiting experience and the tips she shared on resumes and interviews was unique and not in the box HR 101 thinking.
