Started listening to these guys searching for a review of PHC 16. What I found was great review of the Parker’s Heritage specifically but a couple of great conversationalists on the subject of whiskey. Change nothing, you both are great.

As far back as I can remember, I always wanted to be a podcaster. To me, being a podcaster was better than being President of the United States. Even before I first wandered into the store for an after-school job, I knew I wanted to be a part of them. It was there that I knew that I belonged. To me, it meant being somebody in a neighborhood that was full of nobodies. They weren't like anybody else. I mean, they did whatever they wanted.

I mean, if you aren’t listening to these dudes then where u at ??

This podcast has become one of my favorites. The hosts have great chemistry and are able to talk about more than just Bourbon. Star Wars, horror movies, Dragonball Z, Disney, etc. they do great, honest reviews of whiskeys without coming across as condescending or having a bias. Also cover news and trending topics in the whiskey industry. A+.

I’ve been listening to this show for a while because it was very informative, but also, usually light hearted. It has a good combination of news, reviews, and other non-whiskey related content. The show seemed to reach another level when Eric joined Perry on the podcast. Perry created a good format for the show, then Eric brought something different to the show by pairing different whiskies to snacks. It’s a show I make sure to listen to every week, usually the day it drops. I can’t wait to see what the future holds for these guys.

I just started listening recently. Perry and Eric are a blast to listen to. They deliver news and opinions in a fun way. It's like hanging out and talking bourbon with two old friends! The occasional interviews with bourbon industry insiders are thoughtful and interesting. I highly recommend this podcast!

Not sure why I haven’t reviewed after listening to all 263 episodes. I knew early on this is an excellent podcast. Down to earth people authentically talking about and connecting over bourbon. Cheers, subscribe, and enjoy!

Eric and Perry kill it by discussing bourbon, bourbon pairings, and other interesting and relevant topics. All done, very causally, as if they were sitting on the couch across from me. Great show and keep up the hard work!

So I drive anywhere from 8-13 hours a day with my job, and I needed to find a podcast or two to make the nights go by quicker. My love for bourbon brought me here, and after only two episodes I went back to the very beginning and listened to every episode in order. Being unable to enjoy bourbon throughout the week with my job, this allows me to enjoy it in an entirely different way! Plus the “tips and bits” and news segments have given me a plethora of ideas of things to watch on meal breaks, listen to between episodes, or look for when at stores! The natural rapport between Perry, Swan, and Curtis make for an enjoyable and entertaining listen, and it’s like I’m sitting there with friends, enjoying a drink and fellowship right along with them! Thanks for helping the thousands of miles pass by seamlessly! You guys are heroes, aiding in the safe and speedy transport of millions of packages for a big brown truck and trailer(s) on the highway each and every week! It’s got bourbon, it’s got interviews, it’s got geekery and it’s got my cousin Perry Ritter. 🙂 Seriously though, I’m jumping on this train late but it’s an entertaining bourbon podcast that everyone interested in bourbon should check out.

Really loving this podcast.I like how Eric and Perry don’t just talk about bourbon or whiskey. It really puts a fun twist on a bourbon podcast. Can’t wait to see what fun things you two come up with next.

I was a long time listener before decided to rate. I don’t think I’ve ever actually rated a podcast before. I really like these guys and they have a way of making you feel included in their big bourbon nerd family. It’s not just whiskey talk either. You get to hear about new shows/movies, snacks, and even stuff to do with the family. Plus, if you’re starting your venture into the whiskey world, you can trust their judgment and tasting notes on different offerings to lead you to tasty bottles and away from wastes of money.

Always fun to listen to the weekly episodes. Fun energy, informative bourbon information, and great reviews. Love the relaxed-vibe of the podcast and structure. Thanks for the content Perry and Eric! Always enjoy Wednesday mornings.

It's been great to hear how this show has evolved over the years. From humble beginnings with Rock Band mics, to barrel picks and live shows, Perry and Co. have truly created something great. Sure, there may be the occasional giggle fit or the random "Spooky" sending commuters into ditches, but that's all part of the fun. Make sure to stick around for "Tips and Bits" though...that's where Perry and Eric shine as they share their love for things other than corn water. As always, 5 out of 5.

While we miss Swan, the newest duo of Perry and Eric make for a great pairing every week. Sure they nerd out, laugh hard at inside jokes (and laugh a lot in general), sometimes go off on tangents, and sometimes get real, but week in and week out it feels like spending an hour with friends and conversation. Their segments are creative and their takes on bourbon and whiskey are sincere and thoughtful. Give it a listen!

Love listening to this podcast. Yeah it’s got some of the requisite whiskey related banter but it also has tips and bits, pre game chats and even interviews with whisky adjacent folks that sometimes had almost nothing to do with whiskey. Not just another whiskey podcast that talks about ideas and viewpoints that appeal to a pretty limited audience. I always geek out a little bit when it gets to comic vs movie talk too.

You guys are killing it, love your guys back and forth. Loving the pairings too, definitely making me get into pairings myself

Perry and his co-hosts never fail to not only keep me up to date with the latest Bourbon news and reviews, but entertained week-to-week. No matter who the guest is, Perry has a way of making such natural and engaging conversation that keeps me hooked. TIMBP is one of the best whiskey podcasts, and I look forward to listening for years to come!

I have been listing to these guys for years but have never written a review. These guys and occasionally gals have become like family the show set up, laughs, crys are what makes this a truly amazing podcast for anybody to enjoy!

The content is great. Really like the guys and their opinions. But the constant giggling and laughing is so distracting. Ever sentence ends in an exaggerated loud belly laugh. It’s just way too much silly giggles.

I know I’m around three episodes behind - catching up over the weekend. But I just listened to Swan’s hostile takeover, and I agree, you need more ECBP. Maybe I’ll send a few blind that I’m pretty sure you haven’t tried yet. Love the podcast, the convivial and overall chill nature, everything about it, keep it up! Also thanks for introducing me to It’s Bourbon Night - have to catch up on them, too. Overall, if you love bourbon podcasts but hate when they get too stodgy and too seized up, this is the antidote - just a few guys chatting about bourbon, blind tastings, news, and fun listening. Perry has a great way of making you feel a part of the show and some great laid back conversations!

There are many podcasts that I listen to that make me a better man and push me. This is not one of them. This is just enjoyable mind candy and I look forward to it all week. Perry and Swan are very enjoyable to listen to. It’s difficult to talk about bourbon without being douchey and snobby or drunk and incoherent, but they pull it off in a way that feels like chilling with your friends. They each have distinct opinions that are definitely not “bought” by distiller’s. Sometimes I accidentally learn some things and become better anyway.

If you are looking for a pod that not only has bourbon news, reviews and interviews, but a touch of pop culture, video games and comic talk, then this is the the pod your looking for. This podcast is Over 9000!!!!!

Totally enjoy the conversation between Perry, Swan, and Curtis as I've been listening to the podcast for some time now. Not only do they post honest reviews, have some great special guests, and feature cool segments like Flying Blind, but they make it feel like I'm just hanging out with them as their discussions are very easy and comfortable. My favorite segment though has got to be Tips & Bits...great job gents!

Where to begin? Perry, Curtis, and Swan are bringing it every week with some great bourbon talk! Bourbon news, fan questions, guest appearances, there’s always something to keep me entertained! As a new dad, I always love it when Papa Ritter is on because I can see doing something similar with my son Max (when he’s old enough of course)! I call it the ECBP of bourbon podcasts because it might not be the biggest name in bourbon podcasts, but if you’re in the know, it’s amongst the best in bourbon podcasts. Cheers! -Jay

Where to even start with these dudes!? What they bring to the bourbon community is just hands down awesome! They have so much knowledge that is just so spot on and want to share with others. Yet, at the same time hearing others opinions and knowledge is refreshing. Listening to this podcast has been a highlight of my week! I get so excited when I see a review coming up and I know it’s going to be honest and real. And I love how they can often have differing opinions about a certain bourbon. Not to mention they are stupid funny!! If you haven’t already checked them out, you need to! “Perry pour” has definitely become a continuous phrase in my vocabulary!
