    Love this podcast. I listen to a lot of Heath and fitness podcasts and this one is one of my favorites! Danny gets right to the point and gives straightforward advice. I love listening and learning each time I tune in. I definitely recommend giving this one a shot if you are looking to get in shape and are not sure where to start. Even if you are experienced in the gym this is a good listen. Danny talks about more than physical fitness, he also talks about mental health and daily routines and so much more.

    This is the best fitness and health podcast I have listened too and I have listened to a lot. Do you want real abs sustainable results? Listen to this podcast. Instead of consuming a lot of fad and fickle health advice from podcasts, etc. that in the long term isn’t healthy and dangerous for a teenager that is healing from an eating disorder. This alongside a couple other podcasts are what helped me focus on healing and growing more as ‘me’ instead of the image I think others want. Thanks, Danny!

    Danny clearly knows the principles/fundamentals of training. Unlike a lot of podcasts, he doesn’t spend his time exploring fads. I appreciate that as a fitness enthusiast.

    As a female I’m undoing all the old diet myths that I was raised on. This podcast has amazing content. I love that it’s straight to the point, so easy to understand, and has all of the key elements you NEED to know to be successful. Seriously CANNOT. STOP.
