The sound quality varies, but the podcasts that I can hear are interesting interviews. The guests are allowed to talk about what they want too, what they find interesting about their jobs. It's an interesting look inside an invisible industry.

This podcast is very interesting, well done, and the hostess really knows her business and does her homework. When I came in to iTunes to write the review, I see that there's another podcast called The Shipping Podcast by Lloyd. I thought maybe our podcast had been taken over by Lloyd, but when I opened up and saw only four episodes I realized that they are the upstart. I am currently a cadet training to work as a deck officer. I wanted to learn more about the industry as a whole and this podcast has really helped. The podcast is hosted by one person so the questions asked only come from one mind but she does a good job of keeping things diverse as well as finding a good cross reference of jobs. I am only on episode 26 but since she is based in Sweden most of the guests are Swedish. It is such an international community so it seems very relevant no matter where you are from.
