Adam is an automatic listen after every Canes game for me. His hockey knowledge (and knowledge of the team) is excellent. I also appreciate that he never gets too high or low in his assessments - he tries to shoot people straight. If you’re a Canes fan and not regularly listening, you’re missing out.

I like that you love the team and have connections but also not afraid to criticize the team either. Might not agree with everything you say but definitely agree with most of them. Keep up the great work.

This podcast is your one-stop shop for detailed game analysis, big picture numbers and trends, the history of the team, access to Canes players and personnel, and much more. And Adam does it all with a sense of humor and genuine love of the sport.

Seriously, listening to these 30 minutes after every game tells me everything I need to know about what just happened on the ice, both big picture wise and into the weeds. Keep up the great, honest analysis!

Without realizing it was happening, this became the only podcast that I listen to (regardless of genre) as soon as it comes out. Adam does an excellent job of breaking down games, good or bad, and will make anyone a better informed Canes fan.

Canes Corner is a return to my childhood of growing up with this team. His no frill-irreverent style rejects the shock jock, no substance, take culture that has infested sports media. He’s an transparent host who lets you know that he straddles the boundary of fandom and media, and always seems to bring a larger context to a silly game on ice we all love.

Information is pretty good, but the host has little grace and seems to have forgotten why his job exists.

Your show is awesome. I listen following every single game.

Big fan of the podcast. I look forward to hearing it each morning after a game as I get ready for the gym. But my favorite part is when Alec Campbell joins. He brings *turns on faucet* a lot of enthusiasm *dishes clank* and has great chemistry *garbage disposal spins* with Adam. He really helps to keep *drawer slams* the conversation focused and shows he is *audible texting noises* knowledgeable about the sport…. *chewing noises* Thanks for what you do, keep up the great work, and go Canes!

Just discovered this podcast this morning. I love it. I loved the intro of the most recent episode and the recap of the game!

I love the Canes. I watch every single game. I’ll listen to any podcast that talks about the team, the games, the season, etc. I really want to like this podcast. I like the premise, but it misses the mark. Adam Gold fixates on random things he sees as issues and Campbell often sounds like he doesn’t want to be there. It’s frustrating because I want to feel like a part of a Canes conversation, but when the hosts are negative and put out it makes it hard to get into it.

Gold and Campbell have a great discussion after every game and Gold doesn’t pull any punches. Just says what he thinks and it is well thought out.

Since I live in Richmond, VA this podcast is great for someone who lives out of market! Go Canes!

As a life long hockey fan (grew up in Boston but relocated to the Triangle 21 years ago), I really appreciate the quality of the show and particularly the candor and willingness to honestly assess the Canes (of whom I am an avid supporter), the team, their style and how they have to change the makeup of the team to truly compete for a Cup. Great overall podcast, I listen every time a new episode is available win or lose. At the end of the day it’s a guy or 2 talking about Hurricanes hockey, with objective views and you can’t ask much more than that.

Win or lose, Adam Gold does a great job in providing some in-depth analysis of the game just played. I'm glad Adam decided to fill this niche rather than offering another week in review. The post-game analysis provides immediate podcast gratification for Hurricanes fans.

Love the podcast bc it’s a great summary of the post game that my wife makes me turn off after the game! Some additional feedback: I love all of the 999 fan Hurricanes content but, it’s hard to find at times. For example, the forsland game day interviews are fantastic but, again it’s hard to catch them on FM radio. Maybe this is an idea for more podcast content but, it must be timely to be relevant. Thanks again for doing this!

This podcast has now become part of my post-Canes-game routine, and I recommend it. I've always wished someone would do a recap podcast just like this - perfect for a morning dog-walk around the neighborhood after a Canes win. Adam intermixes Forslund highlights, post-game Brindy clips, and commentary for just the right amount to relive the night before and get ready for the next game. Thanks for putting this together and doing it consistently. Two thumbs up.

Adam gives canes fans a great recap of each game. Not the state run media that the big rig and M Smith give on canes cast each week. Adam gives criticism when it is needed. I listen every game and even if I didn’t watch the game I feel like I am up to date on the team. Keep up the good work.
