JJC204Unfiltered and unabashed convos till curiosities of mouth and brain are satisfied.Love the recent spam episode. Eating spam fried rice as I write this ha. Had just gone to Tim Ho Wan in HK before you guys got the NYC branch interview and I know Esther / Mok Bar. Love finding all these like small world and relevant connections to me. Not a fan of matcha or ice cream so of course not all topics will pique my interest, but I always want to know what's up next. I listen for new recs or places or chefs to discover in NYC. FACTS. PS Ignore the one star loser. He needs to take those Sean Spicy facts and go troll somewhere else. I hope one day you can get Eddie Huang or David Chang to stop by and chat with you guys.

AisforaprilInformative and personalI like that they talk a little about the history of the food/cuisine, its relevance today, and interview a chef who is currently doing something fun with the dish/cuisine.

SuzanneSays13My Go-To Food Podcast! If you haven't checked out this podcast - do it immediately! You get: 1) Schooled on the deep history of Asian food dishes that are becoming commonplace in the US (they do some thorough research) 2) Awesome interviews with the hottest NYC chefs 3) Witty banter between the FMW hosts 4) Hungry...like immediately Also love that this is a women-run food podcast. The more #bosslady voices in the industry, the better!

queenstpthey know/love food and aren't pretentiousThese women obviously know and love food, are really smart, and manage to not be pretentious at all. Most people who talk about food aren't folks I'd actually have a good time with at a bar/restaurant, but that doesn't seem to be the case here. They also clearly bring a lot to the table via their own backgrounds (aren't just vanilla folks who recently moved to NYC or a big city from someplace boring). I really enjoy listening to and learning from them.

The ModlinsDelightful! While I'd give it five stars for the punning titles alone, I must say that this podcast has gotten me interested in things I didn't even know I cared about, and the breezy, colloquial tone makes me feel like I'm hanging out with the hosts. Check out the very cool website, too!

LilikinEver Wonder How Know it Alls, Know it All?I love this podcast! I always wondered how know-it-alls (the real know it all's) really, know. it. all. This podcast makes me instantely feel super informed on trendy Asian food. It's an easy listen with funny stories and informative suggestions, facts about origins and history of foods. I feel like I have this bag of info on Asian foods that I'm just waiting to casually unleash. I have a scene already played out in my head and it's not going to be nerdy or uncool at all, I think.
